Planning Meetings will be held on a recurring day during the first week of each month. Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to understand your creative requests for the month, gather requirements, and provide input on how to prioritize before we begin tackling the list.

Following the Planning Meeting, we will provide an list of hourly estimates to complete each deliverable requested during the meeting. Our team will proceed with the ones you greenlight, and we will add any unapproved deliverables to the Backlog to revisit in the future.

Once approved, our team gets to work, beginning with copy (if needed), then moving into design, production, or development. We pride ourselves in making our very best effort to deliver a first draft for review within 5 days of receiving all inputs requested of your team.

At the end of each month, we package all of our finalized and source files and upload them to a shared workspace. This way, your internal team – along with any other marketing vendors – always has access to our files in case they need to augment them.
