The Challenge

The Engagement Company had a sophisticated offering and needed a brand that would convey its value to the world. As a solopreneur, our client was not only an agent for thoughtful engagement and innovation in the consulting world, but also the unifying element of an international collective of leaders and industry titans. We needed to create a brand that communicated this complex suite of offerings while demonstrating the various possible engagement opportunities with the resources under The Engagement Company umbrella.

Our Solution

Our work began with creating a visual identity that encompassed the themes of leadership and innovation that run through The Engagement Company. After designing a new logo and brand guidelines, we crafted a website that created an understanding of the fundamental problems our client set out to solve as well as a clear understanding of what the tactical service offerings look like. A last and important task for the website was to convey the various players in The Engagement Company’s brain trust and how one might engage them. By creating an “Innovation Panel,” we created a structure for potential clients to quickly identify a leader in their industry and learn more about engaging them in their own project needs. This project is a great example of the power of design to simplify and communicate otherwise complex business offerings to minimize the barrier of entry for potential clients.

The Results
